On January 17, 2020 Arsenio Rivers, 29, pled guilty to second-degree kidnapping, sexual battery, and identity theft. A victim was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by Arsenio in Charlotte, NC.
In May 2017 Arsenio kidnapped a teenager. Arsenio proceeded to sexually assault the victim also. The incident occurred at 4537 The Plaza Charlotte, NC
During Arsenio’s January 2020 trial, he was sentenced to 36-104 months in prison. He was also sentenced to an additional 12-24 months in prison; that sentence was suspended pending his successful completion of 24 months of supervised probation.
Arsenio must register as a sex offender for 30 years. He was also ordered to pay $3,734.12 in restitution.
