Jyjuan Jackson, 26, was a McDonalds employee in Charlotte, NC. Jyjuan pled guilty to corporate malfeasance in March 2020.
Jyjuan worked at the McDonalds on 6428 Fairview Rd. The owner of the franchise that operated the mentioned McDonalds noticed $23,856.39 that was embezzled from the business from June 2018-December 2018.
Jyjuan was arrested soon after.
Over a year later at trial Jyjuan pled guilty and was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison; that sentence was suspended pending his successful completion of 24 months of
supervised probation. He was also ordered to pay $23,856.39 in restitution.
