Homicide Unit detectives have charged Karrington Paige, 27, with the homicide of Michael King, 25.
Michael was shot and killed on March 18, 2020 in Charlotte, NC. The homicide was on Nations Ford Road in the parking lot of a convenience store around 10:43 p.m.
Michael was pronounced deceased on scene.
On March 23, 2020, Karrington was arrested without incident by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team. Karrington is charged with Murder, Attempted Murder, Possession of Firearm by Felon, and four counts of Shooting into an Occupied Property.
