UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS BUSTED IN STASH HOUSE INVESTIGATION

Acting together on a report from a concerned citizen, U.S. Border Patrol agents and local Texas deputies closed down a stash house in Rio Bravo, Texas.

The incident occurred during the late morning of September 30, 2020 when agents along with deputies acted on the information of a possible stash house. Agents and deputies apprehended 39 individuals who were determined to be in the United States illegally from the countries of Mexico and Guatemala. 

Two of the individuals had active warrants of arrest for DWI and were turned over to authorities for extradition.    

None of the individuals were wearing any personal protective equipment to prevent COVID-19 infections.
