A man was shot and killed on October 16, 2020 in uptown Charlotte, NC on North College Street. Xavier Hough, 19, is charged with the unidentified victim’s murder. There is a huge homeless camp in that area, and it is possible the victim’s next of kin is hard to find, thus a positive identification is not available yet.
The victim was shot around 4 a.m. Hours later Xavier was arrested and charged with the victim’s murder.
