Montico Peoples, 22, is accused of murdering 18-year-old Jarele Blackson on Independence Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Montico was arrested on October 21, 2020.
Jarele’s homicide was on August 5, 2020 at 3 p.m.
The victim was shot in the parking lot of a storage facility. Emergency responders found Jarele dead from a gunshot to the head.
