26-year-old Johnathan Patterson was found dead on Interstate 85 in Guilford County, NC on March 4, 2021. Johnathan had been missing since February 21, 2021.
Johnathan’s car stopped working while he was driving on the highway. He got out of the car and was seeking help when he was struck by a vehicle and knocked back into the woods, hidden from plain view. Johnathan died from his injuries.
Johnathan was struck by a vehicle on I-85 South about a mile from where his vehicle was located on February 22, 2021.
At the moment there is no foul play suspected. Johnathan was an avid swim instructor that loved the water.
