HOUSE FIRE CAUSES $200,000 IN DAMAGES

On May 25, 2021 a two alarm house structure fire occured on High Creek Ct Charlotte, NC. A unattended outdoor fire pit spread to the house and caused the massive blaze.

The house occupants self evacuated prior to the fire department arriving. 

50 plus firefighters were called out to the scene. The firefighters controlled the fire in 50 minutes. However, one firefighter was treated for a minor injury on the scene by paramedics. 

The fire does remain under investigation. The damage estimates for the fire are $200,000.

The United House of Prayer church caught fire. 

Amber Ellerson was arrested on May 2, 2021, is accused of setting a house on fire.

A man died in an apartment fire at 6208 Four Season Lane Charlotte, NC.
