Emmanuel Gebru, 31, was shot and killed on June 27, 2021 on Independence Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
Shortly after 2:20 a.m. a shooting occured. Emmanuel was shot, emergency officials transported the victim to the hospital. Emmanuel later succumbed to his injuries and died.
No arrests have been made.
