As customers we never expect to get robbed at a place of business. Deddrick Ervin, 29, had nothing better to do than to rob a 33-year-old man and hit him in the face with a gun. All in the middle of the afternoon.
The incident occurred at the McDonalds located on 4440 South Tryon Street Charlotte, NC. The victim was just visiting Charlotte from Rock Hill, SC.
On November 13, 2018 Deddrick approached the male victim and struck him with a handgun on his face and head, which resulted in a bloody gash.
Deddrick then unlawfully ran the man’s pockets, removing the man’s wallet.
Deddrick was found walking the streets by police less than an hour later. Deddrick was arrested and charged with Robbery. The victim was taken to the hospital.
