Early in the morning of March 10, 2019 Heather and her boyfriend where involved in a domestic dispute at an apartment on Tara Lane in the Hidden Valley community. This is the second murder in or near the Hidden Valley community in less than two weeks.
The argument became heated to the point that Heather shot and killed her boyfriend.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene to find a male victim in the apartment dead with a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced the victim deceased on scene. The identity of the victim is still being gathered. As a result of information and evidence gathered at the scene and during the interview, detectives charged Heather with Murder
