Timothy McNeill, 25, is charged with killing 24-year-old Lizeth Nunez on July 8, 2022 on Albemarle Road Charlotte, NC.
Timothy was driving a car on July 8th around 2 a.m.
Lizeth was walking in the roadway when she was struck by the car Timothy was driving on Albemarle Road. Police responded to the scene and found Lizeth laying in the road dead from injuries sustained in the crash.
According to officials, Timothy was operating the vehicle on a suspended NC driver’s license. Timothy is charged with felony death by motor vehicle, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, and driving while license revoked.
Impairment is unknown for Lizeth.
