The homicide occurred on April 28. In the afternoon there were 911 calls regarding a shooting.
An adult male and an adult female were both shot. Medics transported both victims to Atrium Health’s Carolina’s Medical Center, where the female victim was pronounced deceased.
The male is being treated at the hospital.
