21-year-old Ashly Zelaya was arrested on October 24, 2020 in Charlotte, NC. Ashly is accused of child abuse, assaulting a man, and damaging a man’s property.
The alleged assault was at apartments on Countrymens Court. Ashly allegedly physically assaulted the victim and damaged the victim’s personal property. Ashly is charged with simple assault, injury to personal property, and resisting an officer.
Separately Ashly was charged with several counts of child abuse in another incident.
