Regina Fields, 30, is in jail after being accused of throwing bleach in the face of a Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools female bus driver in Charlotte, NC. Regina was arrested on the October 19, 2022.
On October 18th, just after 7:30 a.m., Regina allegedly threw bleach in the face of the female school bus driver on Central Avenue. The bus was picking up students on its way to Winterfield Elementary School.
Regina has two children that ride on the bus, Regina had a dispute with the bus driver.
Nine students were on board at the time of the incident and had to be transferred to another bus. Paramedics responded to the scene to evaluate the driver, she had non-life threatening injuries.
The female victim sustained burns to her face from the attack and was taken to the hospital.
Regina was arrested the next day and charged with assault on a school employee.
