Lady accused of biting man’s finger at 3 a.m. It is not known if a late night snack was wanted
Noelia Cortez, 23, was arrested on January 25, 2025 accused of biting a man on his finger and pulling him by his dread locks in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Noelia entered a house around 3 a.m. to grab clothes while the male victim was asleep.
Noelia is accused of walking upstairs and jumping on the male victim identified as Deremeus, assaulting him in the bedroom, allegedly.
Deremeus pushed Noelia back. A physical altercation ensued. Deremeus was struck with an open hand and closed fist and then had his dreadlocks pulled during the altercation, according to authorities.
The victim also stated that his finger was bit by Noelia, causing small lacerations. Officers observed visible signs of injury to the victim’s finger.
Officers arrived on scene and spoke to both parties. Noelia was determined to be the primary aggressor. She was arrested charged with assault.
