23-year-old Jahrique McDonald is charged in a shooting that occurred in the Hidden Valley community in Charlotte, NC.
On September 9, 2019 at 2:33 a.m. a 28-year-old man was shot on White Plains Rd. The victim was able to knock on the door of a nearby residence to get help. The victim sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized.
Jahrique was identified as a suspect, he was arrested several weeks later on charges of Attempted First Degree Murder, Assault with Deadly Weapon, and Felony Conspiracy.
Prison time is nothing new for Jahrique as he pled guilty in 2017 to conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced to 23-40 months in prison.
