The court police were able to spring into action and stop the mother from getting her hands on Tevin.

The mother was handcuffed and led out of the court room. Tevin faced charges of murder, voluntary manslaughter, and felonious assault stemming from a 2018 New Year’s Eve house party in Cleveland, Ohio.

An altercation began at the party which led to shots fired. Multiple victims were shot, and 3 died. Judge Synenberg says there wasn’t enough evidence to convict Tevin of any crimes.

The dead victims are identified as Delvante Johnson, 19, Toshaun Banks, 21, and 23-year-old Devaughn Gibson.
