Two people were shot to death within the second day of the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte. The latest murder involved a man that was shot in an SUV.
The crime occurred on Bathurst Drive on February 16.
The first shooting death occurred on February 15, it involved 21-year-old Robert McManus smashing car windows, punching a woman in the face, and jumping on the hood of a man’s vehicle. The man then shot Robert, killing him.
