Zion Kirkpatrick, 18, has been charged with the April 15, 2019 murder of Hinyse Bittle, 22.
Another man was charged in the same murder in September 2019.
On April 15 Hinyse was shot and killed on The Plaza Rd. in Charlotte, NC at 8:20 a.m. Hinyse was shot while inside of a vehicle, he was killed on scene.
On October 22, 2019 Zion was charged with murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is currently in jail for unrelated charges.
