Date:

A Fairfield, Ohio substitute teacher identified as Tracey Abraham, 41, was caught masturbating in a classroom with students present at Creekside Middle School. The incident happened on Jan. 8, 2019.

In April 2019 Mr. Abraham was given a suspended jail sentence. He pleaded no contest to public indecency charges but was found guilty by the Fairfield Municipal Court Judge.

On the day of the offense, students reported suspicious behavior by Mr. Abraham that was taking place behind the teacher’s desk. A student video recorded Mr. Abraham masturbating. Mr. Abraham was eventually arrested.

The judge gave Mr. Abraham a 180 day jail sentence, which the judge then suspended in favor of five years of probation.

Mr. Abraham was also fined $1,000, but $650 of it was suspended.

Mr. Abraham’s attorneys say that Mr. Abraham’s intelligence quotient (IQ) ranges from 69 to 74. The average IQ of a high school graduate is 105.
