Alex Palma, 23, is accused of shooting into an SUV occupied by Edwin Herrera, 20, and a 16-year-old latina female.
The alleged shooting was in March 2020 at a convenience store in Charlotte, NC on Old Pineville Rd.
Edwin and the teenage female victim were inside of an SUV when several gunshots were fired into the vehicle, striking the side of the vehicle. Alex was arrested days later and charged with Assault with Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill and Discharge Weapon into occupied Property.
