Kenneth Sturdivant, 30, is accused of murdering 20-year-old Brad Kelly on Stone Post Road Charlotte, NC. Kenneth was arrested on March 11, 2021.
Brad was shot and killed on January 24, 2020. Paramedics gave Brad medical treatment, but he died on the scene.
As a result of continued investigation, Homicide Unit detectives identified Kenneth as a suspect in this case and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On March 11, 2021 he was arrested in York County, South Carolina after a collaborative effort between North and South Carolina Law Enforcement. Kenneth will be extradited to North Carolina at a later date and charged with murder.
