SUSPECT ARRESTED CHARGED WITH MURDER OF LATINO MAN

Rafael Molina Pena, 39, is charged with the murder of Ramon Alvarado-Cubas, 32.

Ramon was killed on Deanna Lane in Charlotte, NC on February 16, 2020. 

Ramon was located outside of an apartment building with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on scene.
