20-year-old Brad Kelly was killed on January 24, 2020 in Charlotte, NC at approximately 8:07 p.m.
Shootings were heard on Edgegreen Drive. Upon arrival, officers located a male with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital by medic with non-life-threatening injuries.
At 8:07 p.m., more shots were fired on Stone Post Road. Brad was located with a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene by medic.
At this time, the relationship between the two victims is unknown.
Homicide Detectives are currently canvassing the area to determine whether there are any additional witnesses to this incident.
