A second suspect has been charged with the murder of Javon Daniel Alim Sherwood, 21.
Keith Powell, 18, (Left) is the second suspect.
Yocouba Meite, 25, ‘Poppy’ (Seen right) was the first suspect arrested for the homicide.
During the course of the investigation detectives developed probable cause and obtained warrants for the arrest of Keith.
On Thursday Keith was located and arrested.
Poppy and Keith are alleged to of shot and killed Javon at the Belle Haven Apartments located on Autumn Lake Court on Saturday, December 1, 2018.
Poppy and Keith are both charged with Murder and Felonious Restraint.
