52-year-old Napoleon Isom was found deceased in Charlotte, NC on Memorial Day 2026 May 25th. Napoleon is the owner of Rio Ultra Lounge by North Lake Mall. Napoleon also owns Lulabelle’s Restaurant by North Lake Mall. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Memorial Day weekend is usually filled with heavy party and drinking for many people. Napoleon owned successful clubs and provided a party atmosphere and intoxicating liquor for patrons. Memorial Day weekend is usually pretty violent in Charlotte, where a lot of people are murdered or killed in some way.
Sadly Napoleon was found dead on Memorial Day. Little is known about the official cause of death, but details are being gathered. Shockingly Napoleon was arrested twice in 2025. One of his arrests, he was charged with DWI. On another arrest Napoleon was charged with failure to pay child support.

Napoleon’s restaurants brought in extensive revenue to him, so it is unknown what led to the failure to pay child support charge. However, it should also be mentioned that Napoleon has been in many legal disputes over the years.
It is unknown if Rio Ultra Lounge and Lulabelle’s Restaurant will remain open now that the owner is dead.
