ON 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL MAN PULLS PANTS DOWN IN FRONT OF LITTLE GIRL

Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit have charged Ronnie Carr, 46, (Seen here) for exposing himself in front of a 6-year-old girl and her mother on Monday morning, which was the first day of school.

It is increasingly important for parents to walk with their kids to the bus stop and school.

On Monday, August 27, 2018, at 7:37 a.m., officers were dispatched to Hilo Drive in reference to an indecent exposure call. The victim told responding officers that she was walking her 6-year-old daughter to school when she was approached by a male.

As they got closer to the male, he grabbed the 6-year-old daughter by the arm and pulled on her. The victim mother grabbed her daughter and Ronnie began to assault her.

Ronnie walked off and returned to the scene exposing himself to the little girl and her mother by pulling his pants down.

Responding officers quickly located Ronnie nearby and placed him under arrest.

Ronnie was charged with Indecent Exposure, Sexual Battery, Assault on a Child under 12, and Attempted Kidnapping.
