NORTH CAROLINA STATE TROOPER DIES FROM THE CORONAVIRUS, HAD HOLES IN LUNGS

Master Trooper James “Brent” Montgomery of the NC Highway Patrol has died. James fought a courageous battle against COVID-19 with the love and support of his wife Heather, and their three children; Jabe, Collin, and Emma. James died on March 15, 2021. He patrolled in Vance County, NC.

James was in the hospital intensive care unit since February 2021 after being diagnosed with COVID-19 related pneumonia. James tested positive for the Coronavirus on February 3, 2021. The Coronavirus caused doctors to find holes in James’ lungs. The Coronavirus would eventually kill James. Over 500,000 people in the United States have fallen victim to the Coronavirus and died. Millions of people around the globe have died from COVID-19.

Chief District Court Judge Elizabeth Trosch contracted COVID-19 in 2020.

Sheriff’s Deputy Terrell Young also died from COVID-19.

The President of St. Augustine University died from the Coronavirus too.
