In June 2026 Jaylin Johnson, 21, pled guilty to two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling and conspiracy to discharge a weapon into an occupied dwelling. There was a shooting in Charlotte, a female’s residence was shot into during a drive-by shooting in 2023. Jaylin was arrested charged with the shooting.
Jaylin later pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 44-65 months in prison.
Also in 2023 Jaylin was accused of a double murder and triple shooting in Charlotte. Jaylin was arrested charged with murder, he is still on trial for those murder charges.
