The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit has charged Antoine Watkins, 23, for his involvement in the murder of Na-Zea Scott, 23.
As a result of the continued investigation into this case, Antoine was identified as a suspect and a murder warrant was issued for his arrest. Antoine was arrested over the March 22nd weekend.
Na-Zea was shot and killed just after midnight on February 09, 2019 on McAlway Road Charlotte, NC.
Officials responded to an assault with a deadly weapon dispatch. Na-Zea was located with an apparent gunshot wound. Na-Zea was pronounced deceased on scene.
