LaQuincy Pollard, 51, is accused of murdering the mother of his 2 children Daysha Johnson, 34, in Camden, SC on March 28, 2024.
Daysha was shot at a home around 11:40 p.m. Pollard fled the scene. 911 was called and paramedics rushed Daysha to the hospital, but she soon died minutes into Good Friday.
The shooting led to a high speed chase as Pollard ran from cops in a attempted traffic stop. The chase ended in a crash.
On March 29, 2024 Pollard was arrested charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and failure to stop for blue lights. The victim and the suspect had 2 children together.
