Sandra Chico, 28, was arrested on June 30, 2021 and charged with murdering her 3 young children in Los Angeles, CA. The kids are identified as 3-year-old Mia Rodriguez, 2-year-old Mason Rodriguez, and 1-month-old Milan Rodriguez.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is moving forward with murder charges against Sandra. On June 28, 2021 Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were called to Sandra’s home by a family member who reported 3 kids in the home were not breathing. When cops arrived, they found the 3 kids dead in a bedroom.
Sandra was charged with three counts each of murder and assault on a child causing death. Sandra is being held on $2 million bond.
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón says:
“In an instant, three innocent children were taken from us and we are crestfallen. Nothing is more heartbreaking than the tragic betrayal of a parent failing to protect their children.”
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the kids’ cause of death.
