30-year-old Rashika Todd was arrested on Monday for child abuse. The abuse occurred over a three day span from 11/16 to 11/19 in Charlotte, NC, allegedly.
On Monday, November 19th, 2018 at 8:50 PM, the 13-year-old female victim was brave enough to report that she had been abused by her mother on Sebastiani Drive. Probable cause was found to arrest the parent based on injuries present on the victim.
Bruises and scratches were found on the victim, which required hospitalization.
