The mother was murdered on Christmas Eve and spitting up blood after being shot
Sildian Torres, 27, was murdered in front of her 7-year-old son Josiah on Christmas Eve 2022 December 24th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Omarion Danielson, 18, is charged with the crime.
On Christmas Eve at 7p.m. Sildian was driving a vehicle with her son Josiah in the car, along with the child’s father. A dispute began between Omarion and groups of people nearby, shots were fired.
Sildian was shot by a stray bullet as a result of the shooting. Sildian was not involved in the dispute. Omarion is accused of shooting Sildian. Sildian was shot in the back and immediately began coughing and spitting up blood.
The male in the vehicle called for help and comforted the young Josiah. Sildian died on the scene.
Omarion was arrested and charged with one count of first degree reckless homicide and two counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety.
