Matthew Streat, 34, died on January 24, 2026 in Charlotte, NC. Matthew was having a tough time in life. He got in trouble a lot as he had 24 arrests over the years for various offenses.
Matthew was found dead on Interstate 77 in the freezing cold. Matthew was a father with young kids. The cause of death for Matthew is not known at the moment. Charlotte had a lot of snow and winter weather this year, freezing temperatures hit Charlotte along with over a foot of snow in one day.
Matthew had a big family. Matthew did not have any insurance. He died less than a month after his birthday, his birthday was on December 29th.
