A man was killed in a public accident at the Stone Basyx business on Westinghouse Blvd. Charlotte, NC on September 20, 2019 in the afternoon.
Stone merchandise fell on a male customer. The Charlotte Fire Department attempted life-saving measures but the victim died from his injuries.
Crime Scene Search responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), responded to the scene and will conduct a separate investigation.
