At 4 a.m. on June 12, 2021, a male victim was shot at the Mooney’s Lounge located at 2525 North Graham St. Charlotte NC officials say.
An altercation occured at the lounge and the victim was shot several times. Upon being shot, the victim drove his vehicle to the Charlotte Fire Department station 11 located at 620 West 28th St.
The victim struck the fire station garage door, and it got the fire fighters attention.
The victim had life threatening injuries from the multiple gunshot wounds. Fire fighters immediately started treatment of the victim, and he was transported to the hospital.
The victim is now dead.
