Patrick Alston, 36, was shot and killed in a gas station parking lot.
The murder may of been the result of a ongoing dispute with a unidentified female. Although there is no one currently in custody pertaining to the homicide.
On the late evening of January 27 Patrick was shot multiple times at the Shell gas station on Mallard Creek Road.
Officials arrived and found Patrick dead laying in the parking lot.
