Police have charged Jamie Harris, 35, for the murder of John Songer, 46.
John was shot at the Smokey Joe’s Cafe at 510 Briar Creek Road Charlotte, NC on December 29.
Jamie stands accused of firing several shots into the parking lot and at the building of the bar. John was standing outside the cafe in a patio area when he was struck by a bullet.
Less than 24 hours after the homicide Jamie was arrested and charged with Murder and Possession of Firearm by Felon.
