Demetrius Shivers-Adams, 22, is charged with the murder of 33-year-old Ronnie Franklin that occurred at a Bojangles in Charlotte, NC. Demetrius was arrested on Halloween 2019.
A verbal altercation took place inside of the restaurant, the altercation then spilled into the parking lot where shot were fatally fired and hit Ronnie.
