On October 3, 2020 Tyrone Stinson died after being shot on Tuckaseegee Road Charlotte, NC. David Chambers, 29, is accused in the homicide.
Tyrone was shot on October 1, 2020, at noon. He was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. However, just two days later Tyrone died at the hospital from the shooting.
David was arrested on October 1 and originally charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
After Tyrone died on October 3, David’s charges were upgraded to murder.
