Donnell Dixson is dead from a wreck, he said “it feels like I’m under water and everything is blurry” without his reading glasses
Donnell Dixson, 49, died on March 17, 2026 in a head on crash on Statesville Road Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Donnell was driving a Ford vehicle when at 11:48 p.m., he crashed head on with a Toyota.
Donnell was unresponsive at the scene. The Toyota was damaged but the driver was not injured. Sadly Donnell died on scene. Speed is a suspected factor in this crash.
Donnell mentioned in the past that “reading glasses are necessary as I get older or nothing on a piece of paper will be read. It’s like I’m under water and everything is all blurry.”
Donnell leaves behind a daughter and a loving mom.
