On April 13, 2021 Vantroy Greene, 23, was arrested for his alleged involvement in a recent shooting at an Asian Grocery store in Charlotte, NC.
On Sunday, April 11, 2021, at approximately 10:09 a man was shot at the Asian Grocery located at 5669 Farm Pond Lane. A suspect entered the store and shot the victim. Medic responded to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
From information and evidence obtained, detectives identified Vantroy as a suspect. Vantroy was arrested and charged with attempted murder and possession of a stolen firearm.
