Emmanuel Collins, 23, was arrested and charged with the Charlotte, NC murder of Jessie Hurley.
Jessie was killed on July 6, 2020 in a shooting on Old Lawyers Road Charlotte, NC. An argument ensued between Emmanuel and Jessie. The victim Jessie was shot, he was pronounced dead on the scene.
On July 7, 2020 Emmanuel was located and arrested in Laurinburg, NC he was then extradited to Charlotte and charged with 1st Degree Murder and Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon.
