Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation on East W T Harris Boulevard Charlotte, NC near Windsor Gate Lane that occurred on August 18, 2020 int he early a.m. hours. One person has been pronounced deceased.
This is the 3rd homicide in Charlotte in 24 hours. Kawon Hoover, 28, and Keith Rivera, 29, were killed in a double homicide on August 16, 2020.
Several children were shot this week.
