Ashley Lyday, 16, and Michael Mcpherson, 16, were arrested pursuant to a theft investigation.
On November 3, 2018 Ashley broke into a man’s garage and stole a bike, on Ardrey Kell Road Charlotte, NC. Michael accompanied Ashley.
The victim heard the commotion and confronted the suspects, but the victim got assaulted.
The suspects then left the area. Ashley was arrested on November 13 and charged with Felony Breaking & Entering along with other charges. Michael was also arrested.
