Vincent Wolfe, 40, is a captain with the Charlotte Fire Department. Vincent was arrested during a domestic violence incident in Charlotte, NC on January 19, 2022.
On January 19, 2022, at 7:41 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence on Tarlton Drive Charlotte, NC in reference to a domestic assault taking place.
Upon arrival, officers were able to separate and talk to all parties involved. Vincent is accused of assaulting his wife and his 17-year-old son during the disturbance.
Vincent was placed under arrest. He was transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Jail and charged with assault on a female and assault on a minor.
Crime Scene was called out to take photographs and collect physical evidence.
Upon Vincent’s arrest, the Office of the Police Chief, the Charlotte Fire Department, and the City Manager were notified.
Vincent has been employed with the Charlotte Fire Department since February 2003 and was assigned to Station 32 as a Captain. Vincent has been placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of a fire department internal investigation.
