Bruce Williams, 34, plead guilty in September 2019 to Homicide by Child Abuse regarding the death of his 2-year-old son in Rock Hill, SC. The child died in April 2018. The child’s mother LaKesheia Jackson is also charged in the death and is still awaiting trial.
Emergency personnel was sent to the child’s home in 2018 after he was found not breathing. Paramedics tried to resuscitate the child but he was pronounced dead.
Bruce was sentenced to 23 years in prison without parole, he will also be required to register on the child abuse registry if he is ever released.
