60-year-old Mark Stanley was beaten severely on December 29, 2019 by the father of two children who found him in their bedroom naked from the waist down in Spotsylvania VA, officials say.
Mark was visiting family for the holidays. The altercation began when the father allegedly found Mark nude from the waist down in his children’s bedroom. The two children were ages 2 and 3.
The children’s father beat Mark, causing massive bruising to his face.
Mark was arrested and now faces two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child and domestic assault, but more charges are possible.
The children were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation, and charges are not expected against their father.
